🧊 れいぞうこっく 利用規約

本利用規約(以下「本規約」といいます)は、「れいぞうこっく」(以下「本アプリ」といいます)の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく際には、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなされます。

第1条 (本アプリについて)

本アプリは、冷蔵庫の食材管理、レシピ提案、買い物リスト作成、献立記録などの機能を提供する無料のウェブ・モバイルアプリケーションです。

第2条 (利用料金と広告表示)

2.1 利用料金

本アプリは無料でご利用いただけます。ただし、本アプリの利用に必要なインターネット接続料金、通信料金等は、利用者の負担となります。

2.2 広告の表示

• 本アプリには、Google AdMob(Google LLC)が提供する広告が表示されます
• 広告は主にアプリ画面の下部に表示されます
• 広告の表示により、利用者は無料で本アプリを利用することができます
• 広告の内容は、Google AdMobのポリシーに基づいて配信されます

第3条 (データの保存と管理)

3.1 ローカルストレージ

• 本アプリで登録・管理される食材、レシピ、買い物リスト、献立記録などのデータは、全てご利用のブラウザまたはデバイスのローカルストレージに保存されます
• 開発者側のサーバーには一切データを保存・収集いたしません
• ブラウザのキャッシュをクリアしたり、アプリをアンインストールしたりすると、データが消失する可能性があります

3.2 データのバックアップ

• データの消失に備えて、定期的にエクスポート機能を利用してバックアップを取ることを推奨します
• 開発者は、データの消失について一切の責任を負いません

第4条 (機能と権限)

4.1 音声認識機能

• 本アプリは、食材の音声入力機能を提供します
• 音声認識にはデバイスの音声認識機能を使用します
• 音声認識機能を利用する際、マイクへのアクセス許可が必要となります
• 音声データは処理のみに使用され、保存や送信は行われません

本アプリは、以下のライブラリおよび広告SDKを使用しています:

5.1 スタイリングライブラリ

5.2 広告SDK

• Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) – Google LLCが提供する広告配信サービス
• AdMobは、Google LLCの広告プラットフォームです

第6条 (外部サイトへのリンク)

• 本アプリは、レシピ情報を提供するために以下の外部サイトへのリンクを含んでいます:
  • 日本語版: 楽天レシピ (https://recipe.rakuten.co.jp/)
  • 英語版: Allrecipes (https://www.allrecipes.com/)
• 外部サイトの内容（レシピの正確性、更新、可用性等）に関しては、当開発者は責任を負いません
• 外部サイトの利用に関する責任は各サイトの利用規約に従います
• 外部サイトへのアクセスによって生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません
• 外部サイトのプライバシーポリシーや利用規約は、各サイトの規定に従うものとします

第7条 (プライバシーと広告配信)

7.1 個人情報

• 本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報を直接収集・保存・送信することはありません
• すべてのアプリデータはデバイスのローカルストレージに保存されます

7.2 広告配信における情報の取り扱い

• デバイスの広告識別子(Advertising ID / IDFA)
• IPアドレス
• デバイス情報(OS、機種、画面サイズなど)
• アプリの利用状況(広告の表示やクリック情報)
• おおよその位置情報

7.3 広告のパーソナライゼーション

• Google AdMobは、収集した情報を基に利用者の興味関心に合わせた広告(パーソナライズド広告)を配信することがあります
• パーソナライズド広告を希望されない場合は、デバイスの設定から広告のパーソナライゼーションをオフにすることができます:
  • Android: 設定 → Google → 広告 → 「広告のカスタマイズをオプトアウト」
  • iOS: 設定 → プライバシー → Apple広告 → 「パーソナライズされた広告」をオフ

7.4 第三者による情報収集

• Google AdMobは、第三者の広告配信パートナーと連携している場合があります
• これらの第三者も、広告配信のために類似の情報を収集することがあります
• 詳細については、GoogleプライバシーポリシーおよびAdMobのプライバシーに関する情報をご確認ください

第8条 (免責事項)

• 本アプリは現状のまま提供されており、開発者は本アプリの動作、精度、完全性について保証するものではありません
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害(データ損失、間接損害、逸失利益等を含むがこれらに限られません)について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません
• レシピ提案は外部サイトの情報を参照しており、栄養バランスや安全性について保証するものではありません
• アレルギーや食事制限がある方は、必ずご自身で食材を確認してください
• 表示される広告の内容について、開発者は責任を負いません。広告の内容はGoogle AdMobおよび広告主によって管理されています
• 広告をクリックした際の遷移先サイトやアプリについて、開発者は一切の責任を負いません

第9条 (禁止事項)

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません:

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 本アプリを不正な目的で利用する行為
• 広告を不正にクリックする、または不正にクリックさせる行為
• 広告ブロックツール等を使用して広告表示を妨害する行為
• 広告配信システムに対する不正アクセスやハッキング行為
• その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

第10条 (サービスの変更・中止)

開発者は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容(広告の表示方法や種類を含む)を変更、または提供を中止することができます。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。

第11条 (規約の変更)

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ上またはウェブサイト上に掲載された時点で効力を生じるものとします。

第12条 (準拠法・管轄裁判所)

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第13条 (お問い合わせ)

本アプリに関するお問い合わせは、ブログのコメント欄またはお問い合わせフォームからお願いいたします。

🧊 FridgeCook Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using “FridgeCook” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (About the App)

The App is a free web and mobile application that provides functions such as refrigerator ingredient management, recipe suggestions, shopping list creation, and meal planning records.

Article 2 (Usage Fees and Advertisement Display)

2.1 Usage Fees

The App is available free of charge. However, users are responsible for Internet connection fees, communication charges, and other costs required to use the App.

2.2 Advertisement Display

• The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC)
• Advertisements are primarily displayed at the bottom of the app screen
• By displaying advertisements, users can use the App free of charge
• Advertisement content is delivered based on Google AdMob’s policies

Article 3 (Data Storage and Management)

3.1 Local Storage

• All data registered and managed in the App, such as ingredients, recipes, shopping lists, and meal records, are stored in your browser or device’s local storage
• No data is stored or collected on the developer’s server
• Data may be lost if you clear your browser cache or uninstall the app

3.2 Data Backup

• We recommend regularly using the export function to back up your data to prevent data loss
• The developer assumes no responsibility for data loss

Article 4 (Features and Permissions)

4.1 Voice Recognition

• The App provides voice input functionality for ingredients
• Voice recognition uses the device’s voice recognition features
• Microphone access permission is required to use voice recognition
• Voice data is only used for processing and is not stored or transmitted

• The developer assumes no responsibility for the content of external sites (recipe accuracy, updates, availability, etc.)
• Responsibility for the use of external sites is subject to each site’s terms of service
• The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages caused by accessing external sites
• Privacy policies and terms of service of external sites are subject to each site’s provisions

Article 7 (Privacy and Ad Delivery)

7.1 Personal Information

• The App does not directly collect, store, or transmit personally identifiable information
• All app data is stored in the device’s local storage

7.2 Information Handling for Ad Delivery

• Device advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA)
• IP address
• Device information (OS, model, screen size, etc.)
• App usage information (ad display and click information)
• Approximate location information

7.3 Ad Personalization

• Google AdMob may deliver personalized ads based on collected information aligned with users’ interests
• If you do not wish to receive personalized ads, you can opt-out of ad personalization in your device settings:
  • Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Opt out of Ads Personalization”
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off “Personalized Ads”

7.4 Third-Party Information Collection

• Google AdMob may work with third-party ad delivery partners
• These third parties may also collect similar information for ad delivery

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

• The App is provided as-is, and the developer makes no warranties regarding the operation, accuracy, or completeness of the App
• The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages (including but not limited to data loss, indirect damages, lost profits, etc.) arising from the use of the App
• Recipe suggestions reference information from external sites and do not guarantee nutritional balance or safety
• Users with allergies or dietary restrictions must verify ingredients themselves
• The developer is not responsible for the content of displayed advertisements. Advertisement content is managed by Google AdMob and advertisers
• The developer assumes no responsibility for destination sites or apps when clicking on advertisements

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the App:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
• Acts of using the App for fraudulent purposes
• Fraudulently clicking on advertisements or causing fraudulent clicks
• Using ad-blocking tools to interfere with advertisement display
• Unauthorized access or hacking of advertising delivery systems
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the developer

Article 10 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The developer may change the content of the App (including advertisement display methods and types) or suspend its provision without prior notice. The developer assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)

The developer may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect when posted on the App or website.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising from the App, the court having jurisdiction over the developer’s location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
