1. 基本方針

当方が開発するゲームアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の提供者（以下「当方」）は、利用者の個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリでは、以下の情報を収集する場合があります：

3. 個人情報について

1. 収集しない情報：本アプリは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人を特定できる情報を一切収集いたしません。
2. ローカル保存：ゲームの進行状況は利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。ランキング機能においては、ニックネーム、ゲームタイム、ランク情報が匿名化された形でFirebase Firestoreに保存されます。
3. 匿名データ：収集されるデータは全て匿名化されており、個人を特定することはできません。

4. ランキング機能について

1. 収集する情報：ランキング参加時に以下の情報を収集します：
   • ニックネーム（12文字以内、利用者が入力）
   • ゲームタイム
   • ランク評価（S+、S、A、B、C）
   • ゲームモード（タイムアタック、上級者）
   • 匿名化されたデバイス識別子
   • タイムスタンプ
2. 保存場所：Google Firebase Firestoreに保存されます
3. 利用目的：他の利用者とのスコア比較、ランキング表示、ゲーム体験の向上
4. 公開範囲：ニックネーム、ゲームタイム、ランク評価は他の利用者に公開されます
5. データの削除：ランキングデータの削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせください
6. 任意性：ランキング機能の利用は任意であり、参加しなくてもゲームをお楽しみいただけます

5. 広告について

1. Google AdMob：本アプリはGoogle AdMobを使用して広告を配信しています。
2. 広告識別子：広告配信の最適化のため、端末の広告識別子が使用される場合があります。
3. 収集される情報：AdMobは以下の情報を収集する場合があります：
   • 広告識別子（IDFA/AAID）
   • IPアドレス
   • 端末情報（機種、OS、画面サイズなど）
   • アプリの利用状況
   • 位置情報（概算）
4. オプトアウト：利用者は端末の設定により、広告のパーソナライゼーションを無効にすることができます。

6. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的でのみ使用いたします：

• アプリの提供・運営・改善
• ランキング機能の提供

7. 情報の第三者提供

8. 情報の保護

1. 当方は、収集した情報の漏洩、滅失、毀損等を防止するため、適切な管理を行います。
2. Firebase Firestoreのセキュリティルールにより、不正なアクセスを防止しています。
3. 不要になった情報は、速やかに削除いたします。

9. 利用者の権利

1. アクセス権：利用者は、自身の情報の取り扱いについて確認することができます。
2. 削除権：アプリをアンインストールすることで、端末内のデータを削除できます。ランキングデータの削除については、お問い合わせください。
3. 設定変更：端末の設定により、広告の表示設定を変更できます。
4. ランキング参加の選択：ランキング機能への参加は任意であり、いつでも参加しないことを選択できます。

10. 広告設定の変更方法

Android端末の場合：

1. 「設定」アプリを開く
2. 「Google」→「広告」を選択
3. 「広告のカスタマイズをオプトアウト」をオンにする

iOS端末の場合：

1. 「設定」アプリを開く
2. 「プライバシー」→「Apple広告」を選択
3. 「パーソナライズされた広告」をオフにする

11. 未成年者への配慮

1. 本アプリは、13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
2. 13歳未満の方がご利用になる場合は、保護者の同意の下でご利用ください。
3. ランキング機能においても、13歳未満の児童の利用には保護者の監督をお勧めします。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

1. 当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
2. 重要な変更については、アプリ内またはウェブサイトで事前にお知らせいたします。

The provider of the game applications developed by us (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’) has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information.

   • Anonymized device identifier
   • Timestamp
2. Storage Location: Stored in Google Firebase Firestore
3. Purpose of Use: Score comparison with other users, ranking display, improving game experience
4. Public Information: Nicknames, game times, and rank evaluations are publicly visible to other users
5. Data Deletion: Contact us if you wish to delete your ranking data
6. Optional Participation: Ranking participation is optional; you can enjoy the game without participating

5. Advertising

1. Google AdMob: Our App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements.
2. Advertising ID: Your device’s advertising identifier may be used for ad optimization.
3. Information Collected: AdMob may collect the following information:
   • Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID)

2. Deletion Rights: Uninstalling the app will delete data stored on your device. Contact us for ranking data deletion.
3. Settings Control: You can change ad display settings through your device settings.
4. Ranking Participation Choice: Ranking participation is optional and you can choose not to participate at any time.

10. Advertising Settings Control

For Android devices:

1. Open “Settings” app
2. Select “Google” → “Ads”
3. Turn on “Opt out of Ads Personalization”

For iOS devices:

1. Open “Settings” app
2. Select “Privacy” → “Apple Advertising”
3. Turn off “Personalized Ads”

11. Minors Protection

1. Our App does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.
2. If used by children under 13, parental consent is required.
3. For ranking features, we recommend parental supervision for users under 13.

12. Policy Changes

1. We may update this Privacy Policy as necessary.
2. Significant changes will be announced in advance through the App or our website.
