利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、当方が開発したゲームアプリ（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用に関する条件を定めたものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約を必ずお読みください。

第1条（適用）

1. 本規約は、本アプリの提供者（以下「当方」）と本アプリを利用するすべてのユーザー（以下「利用者」）との間に適用されます。
2. 本アプリを利用することで、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第2条（本アプリについて）

1. 本アプリは、教育・娯楽目的のゲームアプリケーションです。
2. 本アプリは無料でご利用いただけますが、広告が表示される場合があります。
3. 本アプリの機能や仕様は、予告なく変更される場合があります。

第3条（利用条件）

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

1. 本アプリの機能を不正に利用する行為
2. 本アプリのプログラムを解析、改変、複製する行為
3. 他の利用者や第三者に迷惑をかける行為
4. 法令に違反する行為
5. その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（知的財産権）

1. 本アプリに関する著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
2. 利用者は、本アプリの利用目的の範囲内でのみ本アプリを使用できます。

第5条（免責事項）

1. 当方は、本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
2. 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、その完全性、正確性、有用性等について保証するものではありません。
3. 利用者の端末の故障、データの消失等については、当方は一切責任を負いません。
4. 本アプリの提供中断や終了により生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。

第6条（広告について）

1. 本アプリにはGoogle AdMobによる広告が表示される場合があります。
2. 広告配信の最適化のため、広告識別子（広告ID）が使用される場合があります。
3. 広告の内容については、当方は責任を負いません。
4. 広告をクリックすることで外部サイトに移動する場合がありますが、移動先サイトについては当方は責任を負いません。
5. 広告配信のため、端末情報が広告配信事業者と共有される場合があります。
6. 利用者は端末の設定から広告識別子のリセットや個人化広告の無効化を行うことができます。

第7条（データの取り扱い）

1. 本アプリで生成されるゲームデータ（スコア、プレイ記録等）は、利用者の端末内に保存されます。
2. ランキング機能のため、スコア、プレイヤー名、プレイ日時等の情報がGoogle Firebase/Firestoreに保存されます。
3. アプリの改善目的で、個人を特定できない範囲での統計データ（プレイ回数、プレイ時間等）を収集する場合があります。
4. オンラインランキングのデータは、アプリをアンインストールしても残存する場合があります。削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせください。
5. 当方は、データの復旧や移行について責任を負いません。
6. 収集されたデータは、法令で定められた期間または必要がなくなった時点で適切に削除いたします。

第8条（プライバシー）

1. 当方は、利用者の個人情報を適切に管理いたします。
2. 詳細については、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
3. 本アプリはGoogle Firebase、AdMobなどのサードパーティサービスを利用しており、これらのサービスのプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。

第9条（サービスの変更・終了）

1. 当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの機能の全部または一部を変更または停止することがあります。
2. 当方は、本アプリの提供を終了する場合があります。
3. 前項の場合において、利用者に生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
4. サービス終了時は、可能な限り事前にアプリ内またはウェブサイトにて告知いたします。

第10条（本規約の変更）

1. 当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。
2. 変更後の規約は、本アプリ内での表示またはウェブサイトでの公開により効力を生じます。
3. 利用者が変更後も本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
4. 重要な変更については、可能な限り事前にアプリ内で通知いたします。

第11条（準拠法・紛争解決）

1. 本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されます。
2. 本アプリに関する紛争が生じた場合は、まず当事者間での誠意ある協議による解決を図るものとします。
3. 前項の協議によっても解決に至らない場合は、法令に従い適切な解決手段を講じるものとします。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the game applications developed by us (hereinafter referred to as “App”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply between the provider of the App (“We”) and all users who use the App (“Users”).
2. By using the App, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (About the App)

1. The App is an educational and entertainment game application.
2. The App is provided free of charge, but advertisements may be displayed.
3. The App’s features and specifications may be changed without prior notice.

Article 3 (Usage Conditions)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

1. Unauthorized use of the App’s functions
2. Analysis, modification, or copying of the App’s programs
3. Activities that cause trouble to other users or third parties
4. Activities that violate laws and regulations
5. Other activities deemed inappropriate by us

Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or the legitimate rights holders.
2. Users may use the App only within the scope of its intended purpose.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

1. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
2. The App is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, usefulness, etc.
3. We shall not be liable for device malfunctions, data loss, etc. on Users’ devices.
4. We shall not be liable for any damages caused by service interruptions or termination of the App.

Article 6 (Advertising)

1. The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob.
2. Advertising identifiers (Advertising ID) may be used to optimize ad delivery.
3. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements.
4. Clicking on advertisements may redirect to external sites, for which we are not responsible.
5. Device information may be shared with advertising providers for ad delivery purposes.
6. Users can reset advertising identifiers or disable personalized ads through device settings.

Article 7 (Data Handling)

1. Game data generated by the App (scores, play records, etc.) is stored on the User’s device.
2. For ranking features, information such as scores, player names, and play dates are stored in Google Firebase/Firestore.
3. Statistical data (play count, play time, etc.) may be collected in a non-personally identifiable manner for App improvement purposes.
4. Online ranking data may persist even after uninstalling the App. Please contact us if you wish to delete this data.
5. We are not responsible for data recovery or migration.
6. Collected data will be appropriately deleted when no longer necessary or after the legally required retention period.

Article 8 (Privacy)

1. We will appropriately manage Users’ personal information.
2. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is separately established.
3. This App uses third-party services such as Google Firebase and AdMob, and their privacy policies also apply.

Article 9 (Service Changes and Termination)

1. We may change or discontinue all or part of the App’s functions without prior notice to Users.
2. We may terminate the provision of the App.
3. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users in the cases mentioned above.
4. When terminating services, we will provide advance notice through the App or our website whenever possible.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

1. We may change these Terms as necessary.
2. The revised Terms shall take effect upon display within the App or publication on our website.
3. If Users continue to use the App after changes, they are deemed to have agreed to the changes.
4. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice through the App whenever possible.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law.
2. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the parties shall first seek resolution through good faith consultation.
3. If resolution cannot be reached through the consultation mentioned above, appropriate resolution measures shall be taken in accordance with applicable laws.
